Scope of Application

    Based on the GB 10006 national standard, the Coefficient of Friction Tester is professionally suitable for measuring the static and dynamic coefficients of friction during the sliding of plastic films and sheets, rubber, paper, paperboard, woven bags, fabric style, metal composite strips for communication cables and optical fibers, conveyor belts, wood, coatings, brake pads, wipers, shoe materials, tires, and other materials. By measuring the slipperiness of materials, it allows for the control and adjustment of production quality process indicators to meet product usage requirements. Additionally, it can be used for determining the slipperiness performance of daily chemical products such as cosmetics and eye drops.

  1. The equipment uses microcomputer control for an automated testing process. It features a menu-style operation interface, a PVC control panel, and an LCD screen, making it convenient for users to perform test operations and view data.

  3. No mechanical knobs; fully digital system with digital calibration and zeroing.
