**【Scope of Application】**  

Vacuum drying ovens are widely used in research fields such as biochemistry, 

chemical pharmaceuticals, medical and health care, agricultural research, 

and environmental protection. They are used for powder drying, baking, disinfection, 

and sterilization, and can be filled with inert gases. They are especially 

suitable for rapid and efficient drying of heat‑sensitive, easily decomposable, 

easily oxidizable, and complex‑composition materials.

**【Instrument Features】**  

1. The vacuum environment greatly lowers the boiling point of the liquid to 

be removed, so the vacuum drying oven can be easily used for heat‑sensitive substances.  

2. For samples that are difficult to dry (e.g., powders or other granular samples), 

vacuum drying effectively shortens the drying time.  

3. For various mechanically complex parts or other porous samples, vacuum drying 

after cleaning leaves no residual substances once completely dried.  

4. Safer to use: under vacuum or inert conditions, the possibility of oxidation‑induced

 explosion when exposed to heat is completely eliminated.  

5. Compared with ordinary drying ovens that rely on air circulation, powder samples

 are not blown away or moved by the airflow.  

6. When the set pressure is reached, the vacuum pump automatically stops; when

 pressure is insufficient, the vacuum pump automatically starts.
