It can also be used for high‑temperature heating operations including sintering, melting, and analysis of metals and ceramics.

 and analysis of metals and ceramics.  

【Instrument Features】

1. The housing is made of high‑quality cold‑rolled steel plate, with the surface treated by spray coating.  

2. The unique furnace door design ensures safe and convenient opening while preventing the escape of high‑temperature hot air from the furnace.  

3. The furnace chamber is sintered from high‑temperature refractory materials, and the space between the chamber and the housing is filled with thermal insulation material.  

4. Silicon carbide rods (or silicon‑molybdenum rods) are used as heating elements. When used together with a controller, the temperature can be measured, displayed, and regulated, keeping the furnace interior at a constant temperature.
