It is suitable for heat treatment of moving parts and shaped steel sections, sintering, melting, analysis, and high‑temperature heating of metals and ceramic materials in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, and research institutions. Options include intelligent type and programmable temperature controller.

 moving parts and shaped steel sections, sintering, melting, analysis, and high‑temperature heating 

of metals and ceramic materials in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, and research

 institutions. Options include intelligent type and programmable temperature controller.

**【Instrument Features】**  

The casing is fabricated and welded from high‑quality steel plates, with the surface finished by

 electrostatic spraying. The furnace chamber is sintered from high‑temperature refractory materials. 

The space between the furnace chamber and the casing is filled with thermal insulation materials.

 Silicon carbide rods are used as heating elements. When used together with the controller, the 

temperature can be measured, displayed, and regulated, keeping the furnace interior at a constant temperature.
