• Maximum Working Pressure & Air Source Pressure: Maximum working pressure is 6 tons; working air source pressure must be not less than 0.5 MPa.

4. Flexible Air Supply: Can be connected to an independent external air compressor or a centralized air supply system.

5. Adjustable Parameters: Pressurization speed and time are adjustable to meet the needs of different samples.

6. Versatile Sample Preparation: When used with the DM series dies, it can prepare samples of various sizes and shapes.

• Includes a dedicated cleaning air gun to prevent cross-contamination of samples.

Sample Preparation Efficiency:

• Process Time: A complete sample preparation cycle takes approximately 20 seconds.

• Sample Weight: Depends on the sample material and the die used. When preparing 5 mm × 5 mm textile samples, it can produce approximately 20g at a time, simultaneously meeting the sample quantity requirements for testing items such as formaldehyde, pH value, banned azo dyes, quantitative composition analysis, and pesticide residues.
