【Operating Instructions】

Used for testing the water repellency of textiles under different rain pressures. This instrument simulates rain spraying horizontally onto a test specimen fixed vertically in a stainless steel trough. A standard absorbent paper is placed tightly against the back of the specimen (weighed before and after the test). A water column of a certain height is sprayed through a standard nozzle to form a rain shower. The water column height can be adjusted from 600mm (24 inches) in 300mm (12 inches) increments up to 2400mm (96 inches).
