[Scope of Application]Suitable for washing and dry cleaning fastness tests of cotton, wool, silk, linen, chemical fibers, blends, and dyed textiles. It can also be used to evaluate the washing fastness performance of dyes. Ideal for use in the printing and dyeing industry, dye industry, textile quality inspection departments, and research institutions.

[Instrument Features]
Microcomputer Control: Features touch screen input and display with guided interface. Pre-sets over 60 test programs (GB, ISO, AATCC, JIS) for easy time and temperature setting. Retains manual settings for drainage, time reset, date/time correction, screen brightness adjustment, temperature-time curve viewing, and jog/run/stop controls.
Anti-Dry Burn: Equipped with non-contact induction switches. The heating function will not start if water is low, effectively protecting the instrument from burning out.
Motor Thermal Protection: If the motor reaches a set temperature during long-term continuous operation, it enters a protection state and stops until the temperature drops, preventing equipment damage.
Intelligent Heating: Microcomputer-controlled heating with smart program design ensures stable temperature control and strong anti-interference performance for 24/7 operation. Uses solid-state relays (no mechanical contacts) for quiet, long-life operation. Includes an alarm reminder when the set time is reached.
Dual Chamber Independence: Two working chambers are controlled separately for time and temperature, with independent drainage. This allows simultaneous testing of different standards without interference, saving energy.
Reliable Transmission: Through-type transmission shaft with stainless steel waterproof bearings and German waterproof seals to prevent leakage. Adjustable tension double-belt pulley transmission ensures gentle jog movements during loading/unloading and low noise during operation.
Durable Construction: Shell, working chambers, and control box are made of 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. IP68 waterproof connectors between the control and power rooms prevent moisture ingress.
Mobile & Stable: Four heavy-duty casters (two lockable swivel) allow for easy movement and secure locking. The unit is stable and vibration-free during operation.
User-Friendly Lid: Stainless steel hinges allow the lid to open to both sides at a preset angle without falling back. The double-layer stainless steel lid with foam insulation provides excellent heat retention, keeps external heat in, and ensures the outer surface remains cool to the touch.
Dual Drainage Pumps: Equipped with two drainage pumps (one for each chamber). Users can simply press "Drain" on the screen, eliminating the need for manual drainage hose management.
