[Instrument Features]

  1. The instrument adopts microcomputer control with a touchscreen for data input and display. Guided by the interface, it comes with over 60 preset test programs for GB, ISO, AATCC, JIS, and other standards, allowing users to set time and temperature with a single selection. It also retains manual settings, allowing control over draining and time reset, correction of time and date, adjustment of screen brightness, viewing of temperature-time curves, and implementation of jog, run, and stop controls. Operation is simple and clear.

  2. Anti-dry burning function, equipped with a non-contact sensor switch. The heating function will not start in case of water shortage, effectively protecting the instrument from burning out.

  3. Motor thermal protection function. For long-term continuous operation, when the set temperature is reached, it enters protection mode and the motor stops working until the temperature drops, effectively avoiding economic losses caused by unnecessary equipment damage.

  4. Microcomputer-controlled heating with intelligent program design effectively controls temperature fluctuations and has strong anti-interference performance, allowing for long-term, uninterrupted, all-weather operation. The main control circuit uses a solid-state relay to control the heating element, which has no mechanical contacts, is noiseless, and has a long service life. An alarm reminder function sounds when the set time is reached.

  5. This machine features dual work chambers with independent control over program time and water temperature, and separate drainage, without interfering with each other, allowing the operator to conduct tests according to different standards simultaneously, saving energy.

  6. The transmission shaft is of a straight-through design, with the fixed end using stainless steel waterproof bearings and German waterproof seals, preventing water overflow. It uses an adjustable tension double-belt pulley transmission, making the jogging action gentle when loading/unloading test cups and ensuring low noise during operation.

  7. The casing, work chambers, and control box are all made of 304 stainless steel, which is beautiful and corrosion-resistant. Waterproof connectors with IP68 protection rating are used between the control chamber and the power chamber to effectively prevent moisture penetration.

  8. Four heavy-duty casters, two of which are swivel and lockable. Locking and unlocking can be done with a foot pedal, making the whole machine easy to move and securely lock, ensuring stable placement without shaking during operation.

  9. All-stainless steel positioning hinges with a user-friendly design that opens to both sides. The preset opening angle of the top cover is reasonable and will not fall back on its own. The work chamber lid is double-layered stainless steel with heat-insulating foam in the middle, providing good heat preservation, effectively blocking heat leakage, and reducing the surface temperature of the lid so it is not too hot to touch.

  10. This machine is equipped with dual drainage pumps. The drain pipe can be permanently placed in the outlet pipe position, and draining can be completed by simply pressing "Drain" on the touchscreen. This simple operation saves the tedious work of配套 drain pipes. Each work chamber corresponds to one drainage pump, operating independently.
