Applicable Scope:
Used to determine the absorption rate, rewet performance, and permeability of products such as diapers.

GB/T 28004.1, GB/T 28004.2-2021, etc.

Instrument Features:

1. Precise Liquid Delivery: Uses a peristaltic pump to control the test solution, ensuring stability and repeatability with a dispensing accuracy of ±1%.

2. Water Bath Heating: The test solution (physiological saline) is heated via a water bath, ensuring the properties of the solution are not affected.

3. Baby Diaper Fixtures: Includes 3 U-shaped bases, 3 specimen holders, 3 standard liquid dispensing modules, and 3 standard pressurizing modules.

4. Adult Diaper Fixtures: Includes 1 U-shaped base, 2 standard liquid dispensing modules, and 2 standard pressurizing modules.

5. High-Transparency Materials: All specimen fixtures are precision-machined from high-transparency materials, making them corrosion-resistant, durable, and allowing for real-time observation of the measurement process.

6. Benchtop Design: Provides stable operation and is easier to move and install.
