The complete system meets all test requirements for the second characteristic numeral of the enclosure protection rating (IP code) as specified in GB/T 4208-2017 "Degrees of protection 

provided by enclosures (IP code)".

**【Instrument Features】**  

The entire system can be centrally controlled via a controller, which manages the dripping test, swing tube oscillation angle and speed, water jet test, turntable rotation speed, pressure flow rate, and timing.

**I. Dripping Test Device**  

1. Dripping area: 1000 × 1000 mm  

2. Dripping box height adjustment range: 200–2000 mm  

3. Dripping hole diameter: ø0.4 mm, arranged at 20 × 20 mm spacing  

4. Water flow rate: 1–5 mm/min; droplet diameter: 0.5–4.5 mm  

5. Test turntable: 500 × 500 mm, rotation speed 1–3 r/min, tilt angle adjustable from 0° to 30°

**II. Oscillating Tube Rain Test Device**

**IV. Water Immersion Test Tank**  

1. Container: Made of SUS304 stainless steel, thickness 5 mm, diameter 600 mm, height 1200 mm  

2. Equipped with an air compressor to simulate water pressure up to 50 meters of water column; includes pressure protection anti-explosion device and drainage pressure relief device  

3. Pressure holding range: atmospheric pressure to 0.5 MPa; equipped with pressure display, pressure gauge accuracy at least Class 0.25  

4. Time control range: 0–99 minutes  

5. Lifting device: Handheld stainless steel basket
