**【Instrument Features】**:


1. The instrument column is made of aluminum alloy profile with an oxidation-treated surface, resistant to scratches.  

2. Controlled by a Philips 16-bit industrial-grade microcontroller, equipped with a 16-bit A/D converter from Analog Devices (USA), offering strong anti-interference performance and extremely fast data processing and transmission.  

3. Dynamic sampling frequency exceeds 1000 times per second, enabling effective and accurate capture of peak data during testing.  

4. Features a large LCD screen, Chinese and English menus, and a built-in printer for direct report output, making operation simple and convenient.  

5. Computer online control, dynamically tracking the instrument’s operating status; transmits test data and displays the strength-elongation curve in real time.  

6. Equipped with manual clamps, driven by an AC variable frequency control system, ball screw transmission, and operates quietly.  

7. Built-in automatic digital force calibration system.  

8. Integrated test function design with open data connection interfaces for multi-purpose use.  

9. Force units: kgf, KN, N, lbf, ozf, etc., freely convertible.  

10. Equipped with multiple protections such as overload, over-travel, and overvoltage, ensuring safe operation.
