Scope of Application
【Operating Instructions】
Applicable Scope:
Used to test the penetration resistance of a glove's waterproof layer against chemical liquids under pressure conditions. It is designed to observe whether any visible liquid penetration occurs under a specific time and pressure sequence.
Compliance Standards:
GA 7-2004 Firefighter Gloves (Appendix D)
Instrument Features:
Uses an air source capable of providing (0.5 to 30 ± 0.1) kPa air pressure to continuously pressurize the specimen, independent of the testing site's spatial limitations.
Freely adjustable pressure range from 0.5 to 30 kPa.
Color touch screen for display and operation.
The specimen clamping pad is made from imported special aluminum profiles, offering a lightweight, smooth, and rust-proof surface.
The instrument features an imported brushed aluminum panel with metal buttons for sensitive and durable operation.
The specimen clamping device is equipped with a locking protection mechanism to prevent synthetic blood from splashing.
Accurate and reliable clamping force.
The test tank is equipped with a dedicated placement device for convenient operation.
Fully automatic test cycle: 5 minutes at 0 kPa, switches to 13.8 kPa for 1 minute, then switches back to 0 kPa for 54 minutes, followed by an alarm prompt for observation.
