【Scope of Application】
Manufactured in accordance with GB 8965.2 and GB 17599, this instrument is primarily used to
test the resistance of welding protective clothing against molten metal splash impact. It is widely
used by special labor protection supervision and inspection stations, institutes of safety science
research, product quality inspection institutes, and welding clothing manufacturers.

【Instrument Features】
Gas Control: Oxygen and acetylene flow regulation devices provide standard gas flow rates for the welding nozzle.
Ignition: Automatic pulse ignition.
Welding Torch: An oxy-acetylene welding torch is used to melt metal rods; nozzle diameter is (1.2±0.1)mm.
Drive System: Uses a stepper motor to drive the metal rod, with adjustable running speed.
Guidance Mechanism: Molten drop guidance mechanism featuring a high-temperature non-stick coated guide chute with a standard angle of 45 degrees.
Temperature Sensor: Fabric temperature sensor device containing refractory insulating rock wool support blocks and armored platinum resistors to measure the temperature rise on the back of the specimen.
Tensioning: Counterweight copper hammer device used to set the fabric pretension at 175g±0.5g.
Data Recording: Temperature rise data is automatically recorded; the number of molten drops can be recorded manually or automatically.
Alarms: Temperature and drop count can be preset; the system alarms automatically when set values are reached.
Control: PLC touch screen operation and control.
