Scope of Application
【Operating Instructions】
【Product Overview】
The Chemical Protective Clothing Integral Water Leakage Resistance Test System mainly consists of a liquid supply system, a spraying system, and a protective structure.
Liquid Supply System: Includes a water supply tank, water supply pump, water return pump, human-machine interface (HMI), and electrical control system. Operators control the testing process through the HMI (a high-performance embedded integrated touch screen).
Spraying Mechanism: Composed of water guns, pressure regulating valves, and flow meters. The required test flow rate is achieved by adjusting the pressure regulating valves and flow meters.
Protective Structure: Constructed with a stainless steel frame and tempered glass. It features a concise and aesthetic appearance with good sealing, ensuring no splashing occurs outside during the test process.
【Scope of Application】
The system is used to test chemical protective clothing by dressing it on a human mannequin. Water guns are used to spray the clothing from different angles (specifically targeting the head, left and right shoulders, and crotch). The internal leakage condition is observed to determine the integral water leakage resistance performance of the chemical protective clothing.
