【Scope of Application】
This tester is designed to evaluate the thermal insulation performance of horizontally placed protective clothing (heat insulation suits) when exposed to a radiant heat source.
【Compliance Standards】
Complies with standards including GB 38453-2019.
【Instrument Features】
Interface: Color touch screen display and control with Chinese/English interface and menu-style operation mode.
Core Control: The core control component consists of a multifunctional motherboard based on a 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) from STMicroelectronics.
Heating Source: The radiation source utilizes 6 silicon carbide (SiC) heating tubes, with a maximum heating capacity reaching 1200℃.
Calibration: Equipped with a heat flux calibrator to quickly complete calibration, ensuring data accuracy.
Structure: The complete machine consists of a radiation device, sample clamping device, and control system.
Cooling: Intelligent water circulation control system.
Protection: Metal protective shutter equipped with a water cooling device.
Software: Connects to PC software to continuously record and display temperature curves in real-time.
