**YS-707M Chemical Protective Clothing Liquid Tightness Test System**
**【Scope of Application】**
This instrument complies with the requirements of GB 24540-2009 "Protective clothing — Protective clothing against chemicals — Test methods". It can be used
to determine the spray liquid tightness and jet liquid tightness of chemical protective clothing. It is suitable for various industries and organizations such as textile
and apparel, petrochemical, occupational safety, and quality supervision and inspection, providing a scientific and reliable basis for the development of chemical
protective clothing, quality control during production, and evaluation of liquid tightness performance during use.
**【Applicable Standards】**

GB/T 24539, BS EN 468, ISO 17491-3, ISO 17491-4, and other standards.
**【Test Principle】**
After spraying (spray method) or splashing (splash method) a test solution onto chemical protective clothing worn on a test mannequin or human subject at a specific pressure
and flow rate for a specified time, the inner surface of the chemical protective clothing and the surface of the absorbent indicating garment worn under it are examined. The liquid
tightness of the chemical protective clothing is evaluated by comparing the staining with standard stain size references.
**Instrument Structure**
The chemical protective clothing liquid tightness test system mainly consists of a liquid supply system, a liquid spraying system, and a rotating mannequin platform.
**1. Liquid Supply System**
The liquid supply system includes: a water supply tank, a supply pump, a return pump, a human‑machine interface, and an electrical control system. The operator controls the test
process through the human‑machine interface (high‑performance embedded integrated touch screen).
**2. Liquid Spraying System**
The liquid spraying system consists of two main parts: the jet system and the splash system.
- **Jet system:** Comprises a jet nozzle, a jet shield, a nozzle lifting mechanism, a pressure gauge, a jet pressure regulating valve, and a jet pressure stabilizing valve.
- **Splash system:** Comprises a splash nozzle, a splash shield, a flow meter, a pressure gauge, and a splash pressure stabilizing valve.
**3. Rotating Mannequin Platform**
The rotating mannequin platform includes a rotation mechanism, a forward/backward movement mechanism, and positioning control.
