Instrument Features

1. Control System: Equipped with a large 7-inch touch screen and PLC control. It can store 64 programs, each with 32 steps, including heating rates, target temperatures, holding times, and alarm parameters. Designed specifically for the dyeing and finishing industry with a wide range of applications. It produces high-quality samples with uniform color and smooth fabric surfaces for various types of loose fibers, yarns, pure spun, blended, and interwoven knitted and woven fabrics, as well as microfiber fabrics.

3. Simulation: Features a meticulously designed 360° rotation method that integrates various on-site dyeing and washing mechanical actions. It serves as a versatile simulation experimental device. During sampling, different bath ratios and fabric types can be used, and sample cups can be added at any time without affecting the sampling effect, ensuring good reproducibility. The lower liquor ratio is closer to on-site processes and colors.

4. Temperature Uniformity: The probe detects the overall temperature of the turntable rather than directly measuring the steel cup temperature. The temperature difference between cups is controlled within 0.5°C.

5. Heating & Cooling: Uses high-efficiency infrared heating with air as the heating medium, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving. The temperature control reaches up to 140°C, with a heating rate range of 0~5°C/min. It adopts air cooling, eliminating the need for additional cooling pipes.

6. Mechanism: Threaded locking allows for direct tightening and disassembly.

7. Efficiency: Fast color matching and sampling speed.

4. Safety Protection: The machine features triple safety protection:

• A: Over-temperature Protection: When the actual temperature is 5°C higher than the set temperature, heating stops forcibly, and an alarm is triggered.

• B: Pressure Protection: When abnormal turntable temperature causes pressure to exceed 2 kg/cm², pressure relief protection is activated.

• C: Rotation Protection: Equipped with rotation speed detection; heating is only allowed when the speed exceeds the set value.

5. Working Environment:

• Temperature: ≤ 50°C.

• Humidity: ≤ 95%.

6. Dyeing Cups: 24 stainless steel dyeing cups (420 cc / 600 cc capacity). All cups are made of #316L material, one-piece molding without seams; resistant to salt, acid, and alkali, and do not easily retain dye.
