Scope of Application

Suitable for the quality inspection of fabric dyeing and finishing effects. It is an advanced prototype developed by absorbing foreign padder technology and adapting it to the current status of domestic padding and finishing techniques.

Instrument Features

1. Pressure Adjustment: Pressure is adjustable from 0.03 to 0.6 MPa (approx. 0.3 kg/cm² to 6 kg/cm²); wet pick-up (padding yield) can be selected according to process requirements.

2. Roller Surface: The working surface of the roller is 420 mm, suitable for testing the effects of small-batch, multi-variety dyed fabrics.

3. Cylinder Design: Large cross-section film cylinder with strong resistance to guide rail friction; features automatic reset upon power failure, ensuring no left-right deviation and high reproducibility.

4. Roller Material: High-precision Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR); Length: 420 mm, Diameter: Φ130 mm, Hardness: Shore 70°.

5. Safety System: Safety protection system ensures the rollers stop rotating and automatically reset once triggered.

6. Valves & Washing: Equipped with 2 sets of pressure regulating valves and solenoid valves each; includes a flushing system.
