Suitable for small sample dyeing tests at high temperature (or room temperature), as well as washing and dry cleaning fastness experiments.

Avoids common drawbacks of ordinary infrared sampling machines:
Control System: Intelligent programmable analog output temperature control computer system with heating (power regulation electric heating) and cooling (contact output air cooling) rate control capabilities.
Sensor: Imported high-precision PT-100 temperature probe to monitor the actual temperature inside the cup.
Display: LCD computer with multiple operation pages displaying current process status, such as process, temperature, time, and heating curves.
Sealing: Composite new material sealing gaskets: heat resistant, corrosion resistant, long life, non-deformable, non-staining, and leak-proof.
Memory: Programmable computer can memorize and store 99 process model numbers; each process can be programmed with 99 steps.
Rotation: Cup holder rotation speed can be set according to process requirements: 0 ~ 70 r/min (frequency conversion speed regulation); forward and reverse time intervals can be set, featuring jog adjustment function.
Cups: Test cups are made of imported SUS316L stainless steel. Equipped with a set of 24 stainless steel cups (300 ml or 150 ml) stand and a lid opening tool.
Gaskets: (Repeated for emphasis) Composite new material sealing gaskets: heat resistant, corrosion resistant, long life, non-deformable, non-staining, and leak-proof.
Heating: Infrared continuous power modulation heating (non-on/off type), ensuring excellent level dyeing property and reproducibility; Dyeing liquor ratio 1:5 ~ 1:100.
