Scope of Application

【Operating Instructions】

    Suitable for simulating the dyeing and finishing drying process in workshops within a laboratory setting. It is used for resin finishing, hot melt dyeing, baking, and thermosetting tests to obtain and verify dye and auxiliary formulations and process conditions. It tests important quality aspects such as fabric hand feel, dye discoloration, and color fastness, obtaining flat and accurate finished product samples. The entire machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning, and an elegant appearance.

  1. Structure: Box-type integrated structure, fully simulating the performance of workshop-scale hot air stenters, featuring comprehensive thermal insulation and energy-saving design.
