Used for uniform squeezing in the laboratory to remove excess moisture from fabrics, completely simulating the on-site padding dyeing process.

Instrument Features

1. Hybrid Technology: Combines the advantages of general infrared dyeing machines and traditional glycerin-type dyeing machines, adopting new constant temperature and heating curve programs for higher dyeing efficiency.

2. Dosing System: Special self-service additive structure suitable for adding various powder and liquid auxiliaries at true constant temperatures.

3. Versatility: Provides various fiber dyeing tests with liquor ratios from 1:5 to 30 and sample weights from 5 to 50g.

4. Quality: Equipped with special dyeing cup accessories to accelerate fiber absorption, ensuring uniform dyeing without color flowers (cloudiness). Dyed yarns do not form balls, and dyed fabrics have a smooth surface.

5. Control: Equipped with a programmable intelligent computer with multiple display modes for real-time monitoring of laboratory working status.

6. Heating: Uses electric heating tubes, eliminating oil fume pollution and glycerin consumption. It features low power consumption, good insulation, and excellent constant temperature performance, saving significant costs on glycerin and electricity.

7. Motion: Controlled by a frequency converter with an automatic forward and reverse rotation device. The turntable speed is adjustable to better match the movement methods of on-site bulk production processes. The rotation causes the liquid in the cup to fluctuate back and forth, making the dyeing liquor rate more uniform. Suitable for dyeing various raw materials, obtaining the flattest and most level-dyed samples.

8. Adaptability: To adapt to various fabrics and dyeing processes, we use 200 ml, 350 ml, 500 ml, and 800 ml dyeing cups for low and large liquor ratio dyeing.
