[Instrument Features]

1. Temperature control uses microcomputer control with PID self-tuning function, effectively preventing temperature overshoot.

2. Equipped with over-temperature protection device; when the internal temperature exceeds 135℃, it automatically cuts off the heater power to prevent accidents.

3. The control circuit uses Siemens AC contactors as the control unit, ensuring stability and reliability.

4. Heating elements are made of 304 stainless steel with anti-dry burn design.

5. Uses high-speed centrifugal fans with thermal relays for overcurrent protection, accelerating sample drying.

6. The inner chamber is made of imported galvanized sheet, which is rust-resistant. Sample shelves are made of 304 stainless steel mesh plates.
