Scope of Application
【Operating Instructions】
[Scope of Application]In industrial production, products of the same type from different batches often exhibit color differences due to deviations in materials, ingredients, or production processes. Although quality inspectors carefully compare the colors of goods, non-standard environmental light sources cause colors to appear different under varying lighting conditions, making color difference determination difficult. Customers may complain or even return goods during inspection if the color difference exceeds the standard range. The standard light source color matching cabinet allows for the inspection of goods' colors under identical light sources and controllable conditions, effectively solving the problem of color differences caused by non-standard lighting. It is suitable for color fastness evaluation and metamerism assessment in industries such as textiles, printing and dyeing, printing, plastics, pigments, paints, inks, and photography.

[Light Source Technical Indicators]
D65 Light Source: Color Temperature 6500±200K, Color Rendering Index Ra≥95. D65 International Standard Artificial Daylight simulates average northern daylight (or north window light), replacing natural light for color matching. Suitable for general requirements; most customers specify D65 for color matching.
A Light Source: Color Temperature 2800K. Incandescent lamp for home/hotel use; color comparison reference light source.
TL84 Fluorescent Lamp: Color Temperature 4000K. European, Japanese, and Chinese store light source. Tri-phosphor fluorescent light source with a color temperature of 4100K—European store lighting. European and Japanese customers typically specify TL84 for color matching.
F Light Source: Color Temperature 4100K. Tungsten filament lamp for home/hotel use; color comparison reference light source. Used in conjunction with other light sources (like A source) to identify metamerism in products.
CWF Light Source: Color Temperature 4200K. American Cool White Fluorescent store light source.
U30 Light Source: Color Temperature 3000K. American Warm White Fluorescent store light source. American commercial fluorescent, rare earth commercial fluorescent lamp, used for store lighting.
UV Light Source: Peak Wavelength 365nm. Ultraviolet light source used to detect items using fluorescent and whitening dyes; controls item whiteness (e.g., comparing the effect of extra-white fabrics).
