Applicable to raw wool or raw cashmere, dehaired cashmere, washed cashmere and washed wool, dehaired cashmere as well as wool tops, cashmere tops, scoured wool, scoured cashmere, etc.
It features rapid testing modules for fine wool, cashmere, sheep wool, yak wool, camel wool, cotton, etc. For samples of a known type, the corresponding module can be directly selected for testing.
Suitable for breeding, selection, conservation; wool and cashmere production and quality control; fair trade of wool and cashmere; scientific research and education in wool and cashmere;

【Performance Specifications and Technical Parameters】
1) Applicable test objects: raw wool or raw cashmere, dehaired cashmere, washed cashmere and washed wool, dehaired cashmere as well as wool tops, cashmere tops, scoured wool, scoured cashmere, etc.
Includes rapid testing modules for fine wool, cashmere, sheep wool, yak wool, camel wool, cotton, etc. For samples of a known type, the corresponding module can be directly selected for testing. Suitable
for breeding, selection, conservation; wool and cashmere production and quality control; fair trade of wool and cashmere; scientific research and education in wool and cashmere; and wool and cashmere testing.
2) Main test indicators: fiber diameter, coefficient of variation of diameter, diameter distribution along the fiber length (including thinnest, thickest, and weak point analysis), diameter distribution across the
entire sample; average fiber length, coefficient of variation of length, length distribution, and calculated Hauteur length; fiber curvature and standard deviation; short fiber content; clean yield rate; comfort index.
3) Environmental test conditions: Supports testing in non-standard environments and non-constant temperature and humidity conditions. Suitable for indoor and outdoor locations. Standard model:
temperature range -10°C to 45°C, altitude -200 m to 3000 m. Plateau model: temperature range -25°C to 45°C, altitude -200 m to 6000 m. Relative humidity measurement range: 5%–95% RH.
Automatically reads and records ambient temperature and humidity changes for traceability.
4) Sample pre-treatment indicators: Wool and cashmere samples can be tested after separation of wool/cashmere and impurities and washing according to national standards, or directly without
separation or washing. Raw wool/cashmere can be tested after temperature and humidity pre-conditioning according to standards, or without pre-conditioning. Supports two testing methods:
dedicated clamping plate and glass slide (optional).
5) Test result reproducibility: Measurement range for average fiber diameter: 4–160 μm, error ≤ ±0.2 μm; complies with the error requirements of GB/T 21030-2007 "Test method for average
diameter and distribution of wool and other animal fibers—Optical fiber diameter analyzer". Length measurement range: 5–200 mm, length measurement error ≤ ±2 mm.
6) Imaging efficiency: 18 frames per second at 1800 × 1200 pixel resolution.
7) Test speed: Slide mode: fastest 20 seconds for fineness testing. Clamping plate mode: fastest 25 seconds for automatic testing of fineness, length, clean yield rate, short fiber content,
and comfort calculation (including distribution images and data of tested fibers). Test data can be stored and test reports can be printed.
8) Portability features: Supports scanner reading of electronic ear tags to reduce manual recording errors, ensuring traceability of original data.
9) Convenience indicators: Testing can be performed outdoors with wind speeds ≤ level 5. Optional windproof cloth fixture available.
10) Casing material: Carbon fiber, weight ≤ 13 kg.
