[Instrument Features]

1. Adopts a commercial computer connected to the main unit program; compared to the industrial PC I/O board control method, data processing is faster, the failure rate is lower, and performance is more stable.

2. Uses high-precision sensors, offering higher testing accuracy and better reproducibility compared to original electronic scales.

3. Upon completion of the test, the sample platform can be set to extend automatically, achieving full automation.

4. Test data is automatically saved in a database and can be searched by a series of parameters such as date, operator, sample name, and remarks for easy management and application.

5. Software allows for customizing test parameters according to user needs for quality control analysis.

6. The instrument is equipped with a network card for convenient networking.

[Technical Specifications]The instrument consists of six parts: main unit, oven, boiling water pot, test rack, computer, and printer.

2. Equipped with a 19" LCD monitor and printer.

3. Motors and drives use Delta (Taiwan) brand.
