The Raw Cotton Impurity Tester is used to analyze the impurity content in raw cotton and cotton laps, as well as the defect content in various fibers. It utilizes the specific gravity difference between cotton fibers and impurities to separate them, thereby determining the impurity status of raw cotton. This serves as a basis for textile engineering design and raw cotton grading.

To better serve cotton quality inspection and improve cotton processing technology, our company has developed this superior Raw Cotton Impurity Tester. Key upgrades include increasing the licker-in speed to 1100 rpm, adding vibration damping and isolation features, and incorporating an automatic weighing function (impurities are automatically weighed after collection, with dedicated monitoring software for statistical data analysis and network upload to the server).
