【Operating Instructions】

This instrument operates primarily on the principle of torque balance for force measurement. When the fiber bundle breaks, the load applied is indicated by the tilt angle of the pendulum hammer, representing the final breaking strength. Additionally, the elongation of the fiber is indicated by the distance of extension between the left and right clamps. Upon completion of each test, the force required to break the fiber and the elongation at the moment of breakage can be read directly from the two scales. The instrument features high testing precision and good correlation with yarn strength. Furthermore, it prevents inertial false actions after fiber breakage.
