YS-817 Touch Screen Automotive Interior Combustion Tester

[Scope of Application]Used for the evaluation of horizontal burning characteristics of automotive interior materials.

[Compliance Standard]GB 8410-2006 "Combustion characteristics of automotive interior materials"

[Technical Specifications]

  1. Display: 7-inch full-color touch screen/display.

  2. Screen Size: 7-inch; Effective display area: 15.5 cm (L) x 8.6 cm (W).

  3. Resolution: 800 * 480.

  4. Communication Interface: RS232, 3.3V CMOS or TTL, Serial port mode.

  5. Storage Capacity: 1 GB.

  6. Display Drive: Pure hardware FPGA drive, "zero" startup time, operational immediately upon power-on.

  7. Architecture: M3 + FPGA architecture; M3 handles instruction parsing, FPGA focuses on TFT display.

  8. Power Management: Main controllers use low-power processors and automatically enter energy-saving mode.

  9. Data Storage: Experimental data can be stored on the touch screen; historical data can be reviewed and queried.

  10. Calculation: Equipment automatically calculates the test result (burning speed/rate) after recording the burning time.

  11. Construction: Large fume hood, fully meeting GB 8410-2006 requirements; the combustion chamber in contact with the test flame is made entirely of stainless steel for high durability.

  12. Timing Accuracy: 0.1 s.

  13. Flame Application: The Bunsen burner (combustor) applies flame to the specimen for 15 s.

  14. Burner Dimensions: Inner diameter 9.5 mm ± 0.1 mm, length approx. 100 mm.

  15. Test Angle: Bunsen burner is vertical (90°) facing the horizontally placed sample.

  16. Flame Height: Adjustable from 20 mm ± 2 mm to 100 mm ± 2 mm (typically adjusted to 38 mm).

  17. Flame Application Time: Adjustable 0 - 999.9 s ± 0.1 s (typically selected as 15 s).

  18. Afterflame Time: 0 - 999.9 s ± 0.1 s; manually start and pause observation after the flame reaches the first gauge line.

  19. Gas Source: Liquefied petroleum gas or coal gas.

  20. Wind Speed Control/Test Device: (Optional).

  21. Dimensions: L * W * H 1310 * 650 * 1560 mm (including feet); Internal combustion chamber L 383 * W 205 * H 355 mm.

  22. Ventilation Volume: > 0.75 cubic meters; L * W * H approx. 1050 mm × 640 mm × 1300 mm; Black background, Background illuminance ≤ 20 Lux.

[Instrument Features]

  1. Test Environment: Ambient Temperature: -5℃ to 30℃; Relative Humidity: ≤ 85%.

  2. Power Supply: Voltage: 220V ± 10%, 50Hz; Power: 100W.

  3. Gas Requirement: Source: Liquefied petroleum gas. Note: Gas source and connector are supplied by the user.

  4. Test Principle: The specimen is clamped horizontally on a U-shaped bracket. In the combustion chamber, the free end of the specimen is ignited with a specified height flame for 15 s. Determine whether and when the flame on the specimen extinguishes, as well as the burning distance and the time taken to burn that distance.

  5. Box Structure: Comprises a combustion chamber, fume hood, and integrated control. The combustion chamber is built into the fume hood, which features an integrated design with the control unit.

  6. Internal Structure: The combustion chamber is placed inside the fume hood. The internal volume of the fume hood is 20 to 110 times the volume of the combustion chamber, and no single dimension (length, width, height) of the fume hood exceeds 2.5 times any of the other two dimensions.
