[Scope of Application]Suitable for thermal and evaporative resistance testing of flat materials such as textiles, clothing, bedding, sleeping bags, interior decorations, films, coated materials, foam, leather, and multi-layer fabric combinations. It is an ideal instrument for detecting thermal and moisture performance indicators related to the physiological comfort of textiles, with testing accuracy far exceeding standard requirements.

[Instrument Features]
The instrument uses high-precision temperature sensors, greatly improving the testing accuracy, repeatability, and stability.
The test plate is made of specially manufactured stainless steel powder metallurgy porous plate, simulating skin sweating effects. When irradiated vertically with a light beam in the 8um to 14um wavelength range at 20℃ and measured via hemispherical reflection, the radiation coefficient of the plate surface is higher than 0.4. Compared to plates made of other materials, it avoids issues like rust or verdigris blocking the plate after long-term evaporative resistance testing.
Uses a microcomputer control and data processor to directly measure and calculate various sample performance metrics (Thermal Resistance, Evaporative Resistance, Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate, Moisture Vapor Transmission Index, Thermal Insulation Rate, Heat Transfer Coefficient, Clo Value) without manual calculation.
Features a large-screen color LCD touchscreen display, capable of storing all data from the testing process and final statistical results for real-time querying.
Integrated design with a high-precision constant temperature and humidity chamber ensures the stability of test results.
Real-time rapid dynamic collection of temperature and humidity data with multi-point independent calibration effectively guarantees the authenticity of test results.
Uses an imported motor-driven lifting system to quickly adapt to testing samples of different thicknesses.
Fully automatic water level replenishment system with an error of <1mm.
Test data can be directly output via printer; the instrument can be directly controlled by a computer, displaying various temperature and humidity balance curves.
