[Scope of Application]The YG606G Thermal and Evaporative Resistance Tester is a professional product for thermal and evaporative resistance testing. It features a heating plate that simulates the structure of human skin, which is mold-resistant and easy to clean. It is equipped with an automatic water supply system that ensures stable water supply without leakage and requires no adjustment. The stable wind speed system ensures the wind speed is continuously adjustable from 0 to 1.5 m/s, uniform and stable, meeting various testing standards. The independent integrated design completely separates the test host from the environmental chamber, allowing users to use self-purchased environmental chambers, facilitating maintenance and calibration while reducing user burden. The test sample thickness is automatically sensed, and the most suitable PID heating parameters are calculated based on the sample thickness to quickly reach test conditions.

[Test Principle]In a standard test environment, a fixed aluminum or copper plate is heated to maintain a fixed temperature, and the heating power is measured. Similarly, the power is measured under the same conditions after covering the copper or aluminum plate with the test fabric. Based on the power difference between the two and the size of the test plate area, the thermal resistance or evaporative resistance (with water addition) of the test sample can be calibrated.
