To ensure measurement accuracy, the instrument design accounts for measurement errors caused by sample diffuse reflection. In addition to the Mirror Reflection (MR) channel, a dedicated Diffuse Reflection (DR) compensation channel is added.
Signal and electronic processing technologies use lock-in amplification and microelectronics to effectively detect weak signals, further improving instrument performance.
Equipped with online interface and operation software.
