【Operating Instructions】

This instrument is used to determine the abrasion resistance of woven geotextiles, nonwoven geotextiles, and related products.Principle: The specimen is fixed on a platform and rubbed against an abrasive material with specified surface characteristics under regulated pressure and friction action. The abrasion resistance is then described by the percentage of tensile strength loss of the specimen before and after abrasion.

Applicable Scope:
