Scope of Application

【Operating Instructions】

    Used for testing various hydraulic properties of geotextiles, geomembranes, and composite materials. It features multiple functions in one machine, including: testing the vertical and horizontal permeability coefficients of geotextiles, the hydrostatic pressure resistance and permeability coefficient of geomembranes, and the water flow rate of drainage boards.

Applicable Scope:
Used for testing various hydraulic properties of geotextiles, geomembranes, and composite materials. It features multiple functions in one machine, including: testing the vertical and horizontal permeability coefficients of geotextiles, the hydrostatic pressure resistance and permeability coefficient of geomembranes, and the water flow rate of drainage boards.

  1. Geotextile Vertical Permeability Holder Size: Φ50 mm ± 1 mm

  2. Geotextile Horizontal Permeability Specimen Size: Φ100 mm × H40 mm

  3. Geomembrane Hydrostatic Pressure & Permeability Coefficient Specimen Size: 200 mm (Perforated plate hole diameter: 3 ± 0.05 mm)

  4. Geotextile Drainage Board Test Size: Φ70 mm × H440 mm

  5. Pressure Range: 0 - 2.5 MPa

  6. Measurement Methods:

    • Computer-controlled with automatic saving and printing of test results.

    • Pressure is measured simultaneously by a Class 0.4 pressure gauge and a pressure sensor, with an accuracy error of 0.2% F.S.

    • Geomembrane permeability is measured using a volumetric change tube and a volumetric change sensor, with an accuracy error of 0.2% F.S.

    • Other automated measurements; flow rate can also be measured using a graduated cylinder.
