Complies with the residual voltage test requirements for ME equipment intended to be connected to the power supply via a plug as specified in GB 9706.1-2020 "Medical electrical equipment — Part 1: General requirements for basic safety and essential performance", as well as the residual voltage test requirements for appliance power supply plug pins and between plug and enclosure, and for other parts of the equipment as specified in GB/T 4706.1-2024 "Household and similar electrical appliances — Safety — Part 1: General requirements".

**【Applicable Standards】**

and for other parts of the equipment as specified in GB/T 4706.1-2024 "Household and similar electrical appliances — Safety — Part 1: General requirements".

**【Technical Parameters】**  

1. Automatically measures residual voltage between any two points of L, P, N, and the enclosure; test time adjustable from 1 to 60 seconds.  

2. Capable of supplying power to the device under test; voltage at least AC 0–242 V, supply power not less than 5000 W.  

3. Voltage measurement range: no narrower than 0 V–100 V (DC), 0 V–70 V (AC); test timing: 1–99 seconds.  

4. Voltage measurement accuracy: ±1.5% (DC 0–100 V, AC 0–70 V).  

5. Input impedance: greater than 1000 MΩ.  

6. Test alarm: 60 V / 34 V.  

7. Measurement type: Simultaneous measurement of RMS and peak-to-peak values.  

8. Test judgment: Audible and visual alarm; simultaneously cuts off the power supply at the voltage peak.
