【Operating Instructions】

Specialized for testing the retention efficiency of medical air filters, biosafety cabinets, and cleanroom equipment against microbial aerosols such as Bacillus subtilis (ATCC 9372). It is used for the sterilization performance certification of high-efficiency filters (HEPA/ULPA) in medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical enterprises, and laboratories.

1．Samplers: At least 5 liquid impingement samplers;

2．Pressure Sensor Range: 0-500 kPa;

3．Equipped with a microbial aerosol generator;

4．Negative Pressure Pump: 0–100 ml/min;

5．Adjustable Time Range: 1s～60min, Time Accuracy: 0.2s;

6．Display Function: Equipped with a liquid crystal display (LCD) supporting Chinese menu, including nominal specification, set load, print setting, test, up, down, time, and calibration. The menu on the LCD is controlled by a keyboard and touch panel, with on-board printing of test results;

7．Suction System: Composed of a rotameter, negative pressure pump, pipelines, controller, etc. The air circuit is divided into two balanced pipelines (Path A and Path B).
