Technical Parameters:
The test bench is marked with two black reference lines spaced 250 ± 0.2 mm apart. The lower line is positioned 3 ± 0.2 mm from the end of the test bench, indicating the end position of the absorbent pad; the upper line marks the centerline of the drainage test tube, approximately 25 mm down from the top of the test specimen.
Test Bench Inclination Angle: 25 degrees
A symmetrical reference mark for the clamp is located at the (40 ± 0.2) mm position on the test bench.
The central position of the equipment ensures the test tube releases liquid axially.
A support rack for the standard absorbent pad is configured at the lower end of the test specimen.
Drip Nozzle Inner Diameter: 5 mm
Features a 250 ± 0.2 mm drip and run-off length. The dripping device is capable of delivering (25 ± 0.5) g of test liquid in a continuous liquid state through the glass test tube within (4 ± 0.1) s.
