Scope of Application
【Operating Instructions】
Applicable Scope:
The UV lamps in this analyzer are composed of quartz glass UV tubes and optical filters, with two sets of light sources operating at wavelengths of 254nm and 365nm. The light sources can be used independently or mixed simultaneously after passing through the filters for experiments.
Instrument Applications:
Scientific Research: An essential instrument for detecting major substances such as proteins and nucleotides.
Pharmaceutical Production & Research: Used to inspect the quality of various fluorescent drugs like hormones, alkaloids, and vitamins. It is particularly suitable for thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and paper chromatography spot detection.
Chemical Industries (Dyes, Coatings, Rubber, Petroleum): Used to determine various fluorescent materials, fluorescent indicators, and additives, as well as to identify different types of crude oil and rubber products.
Textile & Chemical Fibers: Used to determine different raw materials such as wool, silk, rayon, cotton, and synthetic fibers, and to inspect the quality of finished products.
Grain, Oil, & Food Departments: Used to inspect toxins (such as Aflatoxin), food additives, and the quality of spoiled vegetables, fruits, chocolates, fats, honey, sugar, eggs, etc.
Forensics: Also used by public security departments for evidence identification and authentication.
Instrument Structure:
This instrument consists of two sets of UV tubes with wavelengths of 254nm and 365nm, along with optical filters. To provide illumination for spotting and positioning on chromatography plates, a standard fluorescent lamp is also installed inside the base. The overall structure is simple, lightweight, with highly interchangeable parts, making it easy to use and maintain.
