【Operating Instructions】

The digital automatic yarn length measuring device is a precision instrument for measuring the length of unraveled yarn under specified tension. It is mainly used for determining the pre‑weave length of wool woven fabrics, wool knitted fabrics, and yarns, for calculating linear density and stitch density factor, as well as for measuring the elasticity of elastic yarns and bulked yarns, and fabric shrinkage rate, etc. This instrument uses a constant load principle for tensile testing of specimens. It employs the Constant Rate of Extension (CRE) testing mechanism, microcomputer control, large‑screen LCD display, automatic data processing, and print output. It offers convenient parameter setting and fast, accurate testing.
