[Instrument Features]

1. Testing Method: The instrument employs uniform friction and 20-head testing, utilizing an ARM microcomputer for detection and data processing.

2. Control: Features variable frequency speed regulation and a touch screen for human-machine interaction during testing.

3. Data Display: Capable of displaying the average abrasion count, coefficient of variation of abrasion count, maximum value, minimum value, and individual values for all 20 heads for each batch of tested yarn.
