【Scope of Application】
This instrument performs high-pressure penetration tests on test products by generating
high-pressure output. It is designed to evaluate the resistance of materials to penetration
by synthetic blood under pressure.

【Instrument Features】
Silent Air Pump: Equipped with a silent air pump for stable operation.

Adjustable Pressure: Features a precision pressure regulating valve. Pressure is infinitely adjustable, allowing the setting of holding pressure and holding time.
Automated Operation: Adjustable spray time with automated operation for convenience.
Fixturing: Equipped with a specialized mask holding device for easy sampling and testing.

【Test Process】
The specimen is secured on the instrument's specimen fixture. At a distance of 30.5cm from the center of the specimen, 2ml / 60ml of synthetic blood (with a surface tension of 0.042 ± 0.002 N/m) is sprayed horizontally towards the target area of the specimen through a nozzle with an inner diameter of 0.84mm, at a pressure of 16kPa / 2psi. The specimen is then removed and visually inspected within 10s / 60s
