Used to test the resistance of chemical protective materials (such as chemical protective footwear and clothing) to permeation by liquid or gaseous chemicals under continuous or intermittent contact conditions. It is exclusively suitable for testing the permeation performance of non-breathable chemical protective materials.

Applicable Scope:
Used to test the resistance of chemical protective materials (such as chemical protective footwear and clothing) to permeation by liquid or gaseous chemicals under continuous or intermittent contact conditions. It is exclusively suitable for testing the permeation performance of non-breathable chemical protective materials.

Compliance Standards:
Complies with GB 20265:2019 and GB/T 23462.

Technical Parameters:

1. Specimen Size: 60 mm × 60 mm (for protective clothing), Φ70 mm (for protective footwear)

2. Structure: Includes a Challenge Chamber (Test Chamber) and a Collection Chamber. The Challenge Chamber is in contact with the outer surface of the specimen, while the Collection Chamber is in contact with the inner surface.

3. Material: Made of corrosion-resistant and durable engineering materials.

4. Sealing: Utilizes PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) seals.

Product Configuration:

1. Test Cells: 4 Liquid Permeation Test Cells and 4 Vapor Permeation Test Cells.

2. Optional: Fixing Test Rack.

3. Optional: Stirring Motor.

4. Optional: Sampling Pump or Circulation Pump.

5. Customer Supplied: Gas Chromatograph (for liquid testing) or Ion Chromatograph (for vapor/gas testing).
