Product Overview:
To better protect the safety of sampling personnel and provide a comfortable working environment, our company has designed a mobile nucleic acid sampling isolation box. It provides a secure sampling space for testing personnel. (Customizable based on specific requirements.)
Instrument Features:
UV Sterilization: Timed ultraviolet disinfection function.
High-Efficiency Filtration: Equipped with a primary filtration device and an anti-virus HEPA filtration system, with a filtration efficiency of ≥99.995% for 0.3μm particles.
Easy Mobility: Features bracket casters for convenient relocation.
Positive Pressure Design: The chamber maintains a positive pressure of ≥20 Pa to block external pathogens from entering.
Air Supply: Internal air supply volume is ≥500 m³/h.
Constant Temperature Control: Equipped with a heating and cooling dual-mode air conditioner.
Pass-Through Window: Includes a UV-sterilized, mechanically interlocked pass-through window (customizable size).

Workflow:
Turn on the fan during sampling to activate the positive pressure system of the isolation chamber, and adjust the internal temperature via the air conditioner thermostat.
The tested individual hands over the sampling器具 (tools) to the sampler's sleeve/glove port according to instructions.
The sampler inside the chamber performs throat swab sampling on the individual through the glove operation port and places the swab into the sampling tube.
The sample registration and organizing personnel inside the chamber wipe the surface of the transmitted sampling tubes, apply labels, register them, and place them into the biological sample transport box.
Once the biological sample transport box reaches its capacity, the personnel inside pass it to the sample transport staff outside the chamber.
After sampling is completed and personnel have evacuated, turn on the UV lamp to sterilize and disinfect the isolation chamber.
