**YS-6030 Electrical Insulation (Withstand High Voltage) Tester**
**【Scope of Application】**
This machine is suitable for various types of safety footwear, protective footwear, and occupational
footwear that require high‑voltage withstand performance.
**【Working Principle】**
A certain high voltage is applied to the test specimen through this machine. By measuring the leakage
current or determining whether the specimen has been electrically broken down, the machine evaluates
whether the specimen possesses high‑voltage withstand performance.
**【Applicable Standards】**
This tester complies with GB/T 20991‑2007, ASTM F2413‑05, CSA‑Z195, ISO EN 20344‑2011, GB/12011‑2009

**【Function Description】**
1. **Metal grid:** Fixed specimen placement platform.
2. **Current adjustment knob:** Adjusts test current from 0 to 10 mA.
3. **Voltage adjustment device:** High‑precision adjustment of test voltage.
4. **Sensing probe:** During testing, it should be placed inside the specimen, fully contacting the steel balls.
5. **Time setting:** Separate controls for up and down to set test duration.
6. **Current protection device:** Automatic alarm when leakage current exceeds the preset value.
