【Operating Instructions】

The finished shoe is mounted on the finished shoe waterproof flex tester. The tester drives the flexing part of the shoe to bend repeatedly inside a water tank filled with a certain depth of dyed water, at a flexing angle matching the shoe last and at a fixed speed, until water penetrates into the shoe or the preset number of flex cycles is reached. The waterproof penetration resistance of the finished shoe under flexing conditions is evaluated by the number of flex cycles completed before water enters the shoe, or by the area of water penetration inside the shoe after completing the specified number of flex cycles.
