【Operating Instructions】
- Mainly used for leak and seal performance testing of packaging bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc., in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, daily chemicals, automotive, electronic components, stationery, pesticides, and veterinary drugs. It evaluates the integrity of packaging by detecting whether leakage exists. This test ensures the complete sealing integrity of product packaging, preventing leakage, contamination, deterioration, and other issues caused by poor seal performance.

**【Test Principle】**
By evacuating the vacuum chamber, a pressure difference is created between the inside and outside of the specimen immersed in water. The escape of gas from the specimen is observed to determine its sealing performance. Alternatively, by evacuating the vacuum chamber, a pressure difference is created, and the specimen’s expansion and shape recovery after vacuum release, as well as liquid penetration, are observed to evaluate sealing performance.
