**【Scope of Application】**
The microcomputer‑controlled packaging container compression tester is a multifunctional,
standard‑type quality inspection instrument for cartons. It is mainly used for compressive
strength testing of medium‑sized regular corrugated cartons and for complete container
compressive strength testing of packaging containers (with a compressive strength less than
5 tons) made of other materials — for example, food and beverage packaging, instant noodle
packaging, cosmetic packaging, beer packaging, grain and oil packaging, etc. This
instrument offers high control accuracy and advanced technology, making it currently the
most cost‑effective general‑purpose carton compression tester in China. It possesses
all the parameter testing, display, memory, statistics, printing, and real‑time compression
curve display functions required by the standards. With data processing capabilities,
it can directly produce statistical results from the data, and features automatic reset and
fault diagnosis for easy operation.
This tester has three standard operating modes, whose functions are described below:
- **Strength test:** measures the maximum compressive strength and displacement of
the carton body.
- **Fixed‑value test:** detects the overall performance of the carton based on set pressure
and displacement values.
- **Stacking test:** according to national standard requirements, stacking tests can be
performed under different conditions, such as 12 hours or 24 hours.
