**YSM-10 Intelligent Sealability Tester**
**【Scope of Application】**
The intelligent sealability tester tests the sealing integrity of samples by applying positive pressure, and is therefore also known as a positive pressure sealability tester. It can test a
wide variety of products that require sealing performance.
This intelligent sealability tester is a versatile instrument capable of testing products including:
- Sealing performance of mineral water bottle caps, beverage bottle caps, aerosol valves, tubes, packaging bags, three‑side seal pouches, composite cylinders,
composite paper cups, composite cans, aseptic packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, airbags, cylinders, tires, automotive parts, and more.
Specific applications include:
- Quantitative measurement of seal strength, heat seal quality, burst pressure, seal leakage, and creep performance of flexible packages and aseptic packages formed by various
heat‑sealing or adhesive processes.
- Testing of sealing performance and tamper‑evident strength of various tamper‑evident bottle caps, including caps for carbonated beverages, mineral water, purified
water, and other beverages.
- Quantitative measurement of overall seal integrity, pressure resistance, cap‑body connection strength, tamper‑evident strength, heat seal strength, and crimp
strength of various tubes.
- Testing of sealing performance of various aerosol valves, including those used in insecticides, pharmaceutical sprays, spray paints, etc.
- Heat seal strength testing of various three‑side seal pouches.
- End‑cap opening force testing of various chip canisters and composite paper cups.
