**【Scope of Application】**  

The millinewton tensile tester (micro‑range / micro‑force tensile tester) is widely used for

 mechanical property testing of polymer materials, films, FPCs, adhesive tapes, rubber, resins, 

plastics, metal bars, metal tubes, metal sheets, metal profiles, and composite materials. 

With appropriate fixtures, it is also suitable for tensile, compression, peel, shear, tear, bending, 

metal weld strength, and rivet strength tests on various finished products. It can print 

multiple data items and provide graphical output comparisons based on different data sets,

 offering high control accuracy and simple operation. The modular design provides a 

wide variety of accessories with flexible configuration.  


This machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending, and other mechanical 

property tests on metals. It can also perform multi‑cycle tests such as constant stress, 

constant strain, creep, relaxation, axial, and radial tests.

 According to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other standards, it can automatically determine parameters including tensile 

strength, yield strength, elongation, stress at given elongation (any percentage), 

elongation at given stress (any percentage), modulus of elasticity, elongation at break,

 peel strength (including 90° and 180° peel), flexural modulus, tear strength, adhesion strength, shear strength, etc.

Uses a Panasonic servo motor drive, high‑precision backlash‑free ball screw transmission, 

and a high‑precision NTS anti‑explosion load cell from Japan. Force accuracy reaches ±0.1%; 

displacement accuracy reaches 0.0001 mm.

Automatic break detection, automatic return, curve traversal functions. Units can be

 freely switched. Three languages available: Simplified/Traditional Chinese, English. 

Curve analysis options: load‑displacement, load‑time, displacement‑time, stress‑strain, strain‑time, stress‑time.

5. Servo motor: Panasonic servo motor (Japan) provides stable, widely adjustable 

speed drive with high speed, low vibration, and high‑speed positioning.  

6. Machine base: contains the drive system (for calibration and specimen mounting),

 emergency stop switch, and simple operation panel (power switch and simple control keyboard).

1. **Upper and lower crossheads:** Made of 45# die steel, ground, with parallelism error ≤ 0.5 mm, high rigidity.  

2. **Touch stop rod:** Made of South Korean chrome steel rod — high rigidity, durable, non‑deforming.  

3. **Drive:** High‑precision ball screw and Japanese MITSUBOSHI synchronous belt/pulley drive — high efficiency, high rigidity, low deformation, low noise.  

4. **Guidance:** Four‑column guidance using South Korean chrome steel rods — excellent wear resistance and coaxiality.

9. **Machine base:** Made of 45# die steel, ground, welded, and levelled by professional technicians — strong, durable, electrostatically sprayed — corrosion‑resistant, anti‑rust, textured finish.

    - A. Cover: Cold‑rolled steel plate, cut and bent, electrostatically sprayed — corrosion‑resistant, anti‑rust, textured finish.  

    - B. Hand control box: Up, down, micro‑up, micro‑down, stop, zero, test functions (makes test clamping more convenient).  

      Panel: Custom‑printed PVC.  

    - C. Control board: Self‑developed 32‑bit ARM chip for measurement and control — superior to industry 16‑bit DSP technology, high resolution 1/500,000.  


11. **Fixture:** Made of G7 chrome steel by wire cutting, heat‑treated (hardened) — high rigidity, non‑deforming, high hardness (≥ 60 HRC).

 Inspected with a concentricity tester to ensure consistent force application points.
