Scope of Application

Respirator leakage testing is used for testing the filtration efficiency and protection effectiveness of respirators and protective masks such as KN95 masks, protective clothing, daily protective masks, and self-priming filtering particulate respirators.

Compliance Standards

• GB 2626: Respiratory protection - Self-priming filter respirators against particles.

• EN 149:2001+A1:2009: Respiratory protective devices - Filtering half masks to protect against particles - Requirements, testing, marking.

• GB/T 29511: Protective clothing - Chemical protective clothing against solid particulates.

Instrument Features

1. Efficiency Detection: Adopts an imported high-precision TSI brand photometer to detect the concentration inside the chamber and inside the mask respectively, ensuring accurate, stable, fast, and effective sampling.

2. Test Chamber: The chamber is of sufficient size with a wide observation range, capable of accommodating standard-required movements (e.g., standing upright, treadmill walking, turning in place).

3. Aerosol Generation: Capable of performing both Salt and Oil tests on the same instrument with automatic switching, eliminating manual operation and ensuring rapid and stable aerosol concentration adjustment.

4. Results: Equipped with professional PC software; test results are displayed directly on the interface, printable, and savable.
