Scope of Application
This instrument is designed to detect and quantify ethylene oxide residues.
Instrument Features
User-Friendly Interface: Features a large-screen LCD with Chinese character display technology, offering intuitive visualization and easy operation tailored for user convenience.
Self-Diagnosis & Safety: Equipped with self-diagnosis and "0℃" protection. If any channel displays a constant "0℃", the system automatically cuts off heating to prevent damage to the heating element. It provides fault diagnosis and alarm prompts in Chinese.
Touch Keypad: A touch-sensitive keyboard allows users to easily set various operating parameters.
Data Protection: Power-off protection ensures that all set operating data is permanently saved even after a power failure.
Automated Control: Microcomputer-controlled FID detector with automatic ignition and a built-in stopwatch function.
Over-Temperature Protection: If the temperature exceeds the set limit, the instrument stops heating immediately and displays a fault report.
Intuitive Software: The large LCD screen and user-friendly software interface allow for easy setting of parameters such as temperature, programmed temperature rise (PTR), detector settings, and bridge current. It also allows direct control of functions like bridge current switching, heating, and time events.
Remote Connectivity: The instrument can connect to the internet/PC, enabling remote data acquisition and management, enhancing flexibility and laboratory efficiency.
Reliable Core: The main control circuit utilizes an advanced microprocessor and large-capacity memory for reliable data storage. The integrated design (measurement, control, and power supply on a single PCB) improves anti-interference capability and reliability.
Precise Control: Microprocessor-based temperature control circuits achieve a precision of 0.1℃ for each heating zone.
Smart Cooling: Intelligent dual rear-door technology ensures high temperature control precision in the column oven and rapid cooling.
